Return Policy

All our products are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at:

Please include the following with your email:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photo(s) showing the condition of the product

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been delivered unless there is a clear issue. Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if we believe the claim is fraudulent or if the product has been consumed or tampered with.

Replacements & Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will do one of the following:

Send a replacement for the affected item(s) within 2–5 working days,
OR
Issue a refund via the original method of payment (if a replacement is not possible).

Refund processing time:
Refunds may take between 10 to 30 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

A replacement or refund will be issued if:

• The product was damaged during delivery
• The product was expired or defective
• The wrong item was delivered

Dar Al Rahash is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

• An incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided by the customer
• The recipient is unavailable to receive the order at the time of delivery
• A corrected or alternative delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of a failed delivery attempt

In such cases, re-delivery or diversion fees may apply based on the courier’s charges.
